Since its inception in 2005, CoMetrics has performed the diligence, assisted in the negotiation and integrated a significant number of acquisitions on behalf of clients. Our integration process commences in the diligence stage, working closely alongside ownership, the internal IT, Finance and Operations teams to develop the optimal integration plan. We design our integration model to anticipate problems and avoid mistakes. Our due diligence team consists of both financial and operational professionals uniquely qualified to assess not only the historical financial performance of the target, but also the operations and integration risk.

Often middle market companies face challenges in determining and implementing the management and financial reporting requisite to analyze segments of their business in order to make timely and accurate decisions along with the deployment of capital.
